When you arrive at Emporio you are greeted by friendly staff that makes you feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and Diego was very helpful during this process and gave me an overview of the hotel. The front desk team ensured that I had an excellent stay and they were always attentive to my needs. Their welcoming and professional attitude made for a positive atmosphere. Also, my room was cleaned each day and the staff that took care of this made sure that the room felt just like the first day. I recommend staying at Emporio because they have a beautiful hotel and rooms, an exceptional breakfast buffet and AMAZING staff working. You won't regret your stay here.

This hotel is centrally located. A lot of things to do within walking distance. The room was clean the staff was friendly. My brother and his wife also stayed here. They made a mistake a double charged him when he requested an outside facing room. They find their mistake and fixed it. My brother was satisfied with the results. We didn't have any issues with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. One last thing. My wife is allergic to feathers pillows. I requested no feather pillows in my reservation and they read and accommodate that request. Thank you.

WE had a great time at the Emporio Zacatecas, the locations is just wonderful, the hotel is beautiful and the Staff is beyond amazing ! Kuddos to the personnel at the Restaurant. Our waiter was so amazing and accommodating the first day, that we ended up having dinner there 3 times, and every time was exceptionally good. The first day we arrived a bit late from our trip and were starving, they offered amazing comfort food and our waiter was super helpful. The front desk answered every single question that we had about tours and touristic stuff.

Breakfast was excellent and well worth paying for in advance. It is in a perfect location just across from the Cathedral. Don't miss going to Los Dorados de Villa. Their specialties are pozole verde and enchiladas. The town is beautiful and despite activities of the cartel in the outside ranches, that does not effect the town. The parking was excellent, underground, safe and a guard is present 24 hours per day. It only costs $3.50 US for valet. The staff are really nice and look after you.

A variety of FRESH pastries, juice, and fruits every day as well as "casuela" type dishes, chilequiles, waffles, pancakes, or any type of eggs cooke on request. Everyday I ordered a custom egg scramble and enjoyed the 4 different salsas. Granola and yogurt also available. Teas, hot chocolate, and coffee served in a generous mug and refilled when requested. This breakfast is a great way to fuel up before your day.
